摘要
随着国际形势的复杂化,各国侦察机、舰载机在沿海地区出现频繁,我国急需解决沿海地区空中预警、目标快速识别问题。文章提出沿海小区域联合目标识别方法,通过同一地域陆、海、空多种探测手段,军、民航信息交互的多源情报信息融合,包括对空雷达、电子对抗(ESM)、民航飞行、对海雷达等信息源,在传感器级实现情报协同印证,达到快速识别目标的目的,重点研究电子对抗情报关联和系统实现方法。
Along with the international situation is complicated,the reconnaissance aircraft,aircraft appeared frequently in the coastal region,airborne early warning in the coastal areas of China,the target quickly identify problems.Coastal small regional joint target identification method is proposed in this paper,through the same area land,sea and air a variety of detection methods,military and civilian interactive information of multi-source information fusion,including radar,electronic countermeasures（ESM）,civil aviation flight,the sea radar sources,in intelligence is implemented in the sensor level coordination,fast identification of target,key research electronic countermeasures intelligence association and system realization method.
