摘要
卧式车床主轴是机床中重要零件之一,它不仅要传递扭矩和承受各种载荷,而且,要在一定的转速范围内,要保持较高的回转精度和刚度,保证切削加工能力,因此,对主轴零件的加工、装配都有很严格的要求。针对我公司生产的重型卧式车床(C61250LU/8 m,承重45 t),本文对主轴装配过程进行了分析,重新制定了主轴装配工艺,强调了主轴装配过程的注意点,从而,达到重型卧式数控车床出厂要求,值得各生产制造厂家推广、应用。
Horizontal lathe spindle is one of the important parts in machine tools, it is not only to transfer torque and under various loads, and, to within a certain speed range, keep high rotation precision and rigidity, guarantee the machi- ning ability, therefore, of spindle parts processing, assembly has very strict requirements. According to my company pro- duction of heavy horizontal lathe （C61250LU / 8 m, weight 45 t） , in this paper, the spindle assembly process are ana- lyzed, and redesign the spindle assembly process, emphasizes the spindle assembly process attention points, thus, to ful- fill the requirements of heavy duty horizontal CNC lathe factory, is worth application promotion, each production manufac- turer.
