摘要
针对非圆活塞车削加工技术,特别是中凸变椭圆活塞的车削加工原理及其刀架设计进行研究。提出一种新的超磁致伸缩微进给机构,通过将超磁致伸缩微进给机构与凸轮机构组合用于刀架设计,实现了伺服刀架的两个独立成形运动,即刀具相对工件形成非圆轨迹的运动和刀具相对工件形成纵向中凸曲线轨迹的运动。实验表明,研制的非圆活塞车削加工伺服刀架具有良好的驱动特性和加工稳定性,提高了非圆活塞加工的精度和效率。
Studies the processing technology of turning the non-circular piston, especially the principle of turning the convex oval piston and the design of the corresponding servo turret. It puts forward a new type of giant magnetostriction mechanism for micro- displacement feeding. Combining the feeding mechanism with a cam mechanism, a servo turret of turning the non-circular piston is designed. The turret can complete two independent shaping movements relative to the turning workpiece, an elliptical trajectory movement and a longitudinal convex curve movement. Experiments show that the turret has good driving characteristics and pro- cessing stability, and improves the accuracy and efficiency of turning the non-circular piston.
