摘要
建立了狐狸、貉子、水貂和家犬四种犬科动物的PCR鉴别方法。分别用狐狸、貉子、水貂和家犬的特异性引物对,以提取的狐狸、貉子、水貂、家犬的总DNA为模板进行PCR扩增,分别获得701、840、382、473bp的DNA片段,通过限制性内切酶,验证了该PCR扩增的特异性。结果表明,该方法可以有效鉴别出狐狸、貉子、水貂和家犬四种犬科动物。
A new method was established to identify four kinds of canidae including fox, raccoon, mink and dog through polymerase chain reaction.With specific primers and total DNA of each kind of meat as template,701,840, 382,473bp fragments were obtained respectively.These results were further proved with digestion of restriction enzymes.The results revealed that the four kinds of canidae could be identified with this method.
