摘要
以板料成形极限图为基础,对冲压板料可成形性进行研究。利用正交试验、有限元数值模拟及BP神经网络,划分了冲压板料可成形性区域图,清晰直观地通过起皱区域、安全区域和破裂区域反映出成形质量。针对某汽车后端板加强件,选择其冲压板料可成形性区域图中不同点对应的工艺参数进行冲压试验,试验结果与可成形性区域图反映结果吻合。实例表明,此方法简单方便,可为快速、有效的冲压工艺参数调整提供参考。
Based on the forming limit diagram(FLD),feasible formability in sheet stamping was researched.The feasible formability diagram was obtained by using orthogonal experiment,finite element simulation and BP Neural Network,which reflected the forming quality clearly through wrinkle area,safety area and fracture area.For an automotive reinforced back panel,the stamping tests were relatively made with process parameters corresponding to different points in the feasible formability diagram.The results between the test and the feasible formability diagram match well.The applied example shows that this method is simple and convenient,which can provide reference for stamping process parameters adjustment fast and efficient.
