摘要
以三臂聚乙二醇、四氢呋喃为主要原料,在三氟化硼乙醚的催化作用下进行阳离子开环聚合反应,合成了聚乙二醇-四氢呋喃三臂嵌段共聚醚。通过正交试验考察了反应时间、配料比、催化剂用量和助开环剂用量等因素对所合成的嵌段共聚醚羟值的影响,得到了合成较大相对分子质量三臂嵌段共聚醚的较佳合成条件,并采用红外光谱法、凝胶渗透色谱法、核磁共振测试对所合成的共聚醚进行了表征。
A tri-arm block copolymer, polyethylene glycol/tetrahydrofuran copolyether, was synthesized with tri-arm polyethylene glycol and tetrahydrofuran as main raw materials and boron trifluoride ether as catalyst by means of cationic ring-opening polymerization in this research. The effects of some factors such as reaction time, raw material ratio, dosages of catalyst and ring-opening assistant on the hydroxyl value of synthesized block copolyether were examined through orthogonal test. The better synthesis condition for tri-arm block copolyether with higher molecular weight was obtained. The synthesized copolyether was characterized through infrared spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography and nuclear magnetism resonance test.
