治理深圳河第四期工程滞洪区模型试验研究

摘要 合理实现蓄滞洪区防洪减灾、生态环境改善、人水关系协调、水土资源合理利用等多重功能,是滞洪区规划设计和运行管理的目标。通过经验公式计算和水槽试验选定物理模型加糙方案,提出了"水位-流量"自拟合功能的下游尾门"复合堰"控制方法,研究不同来流条件下滞洪区削峰滞洪对下游河道流量、水位的影响,对滞洪区削峰滞洪效果进行了验证。针对滞洪区进口堰结构形式、溢流堰与下游堤防衔接方式、溢流堰堰顶高程进行了优化试验研究,试验成果表明推荐方案工程效果显著,力图建立一套可推广至类似滞洪区设计方案优化方法。 Reasonable achievements for multiple functions of flood detention basin are the most goals for flood detention region planning,design and operation management,such as flood control and disaster mitigation,improvement of the ecological environment,water and human relations coordination,rational use of water and land resources.Based on the empirical formula theory and sink test results,a logical rational roughening project of physical model is selected.Than,a composite weir control method with"level-flow" self-fitting function is applied at the downstream tailgate of the physical model.Under different inflow conditions,flow and water level of downstream river are studied with the split-flow effect of the detention region.The flood peak distributary and detention effect of detention region are verified.In allusion to the inlet weir structure,the linking project between overflow weir and downstream embankment,overflow weir crest elevation of the flood detention region are optimized after series experiments.Physical testing result shows the engineering recommended project.A set optimization method developed can be extended to similar flood detention region designing performances.Finally,this model will conveniently provide decision-making support by quantizing evaluation and qualitative analysis.
