Rapid drilling technologies of horizontal wells in the Sulige Gas Field,Ordos Basin

摘要 苏里格气田位于鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡西北侧,属于大型陆相砂岩岩性圈闭气藏,是我国迄今为止已发现的开发难度最大的低渗透率、低压力、低丰度的"三低"大型气田。气田开发模式历经直井、定向井再到水平井,但钻井周期长、建井综合成本高一直严重制约着该气田的经济有效开发。为此,中国石油长庆油田公司针对如何提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本等一系列难题,开展了多年的探索、攻关与实践,最终形成了以井身结构优化、PDC钻头个性化设计、井眼轨迹优化与控制,以及钻井液体系优化[斜井段应用复合盐钻井液、水平段应用无土相暂堵钻(完)井液]等为核心的水平井快速钻井配套技术。2010年至今,该技术已经在该气田240余口水平井上规模推广应用,平均钻井周期由以前的90.2d缩短至67.1d,平均砂层钻遇率达到了81%,取得了显著的技术经济效益,成为苏里格气田经济有效开发的主体技术之一。 The Sulige Gas Field is situated in the northwestern Yishaan slope of the Ordos Basin, where macroscale continental sandstone reservoirs are well developed. This giant field with low permeability, low pressure and low abundance has been one of the most difficult gas fields to develop in China. Although the field development pattern is experiencing from vertical to directional wells, and then to horizontal wells, a long drilling cycle and high drilling cost are still the great challenges in the economic and effective development of this field. In view of this, the PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company has conducted technical research and field practices for many years and finally developed a series of rapid drilling technologies of horizontal wells, including the optimization of well profile, individual design of PDC drill bits, optimization and control of well trajectory, the innovative drilling fluid system (the composite salt drilling fluid applied in the deviated well sections; and the clayfree temporary plugging drilling and completion fluids in the horizontal well sections), and so on. Since 2010, the above technologies have been applied in more than 240 horizontal wells in this field. As a result, the average drilling cycle was shortened from 90.2 to 67.1 days; the sandstone pay zone targeting rate was up to 81% on average; and the drilling cost was reduced by over 1/3. With obvious technical and economic benefit achieved, the rapid drilling technologies of horizontal wells are worth widely applying in this field.
