摘要
总结了62例经肛门改良巨结肠根治术治疗新生儿先天性巨结肠术前、术后的护理经验,分别从术前护理、术后护理、并发症观察与处理及出院指导等方面进行了介绍。认为精心的术前、术后护理和及时有效的健康教育对经肛门改良巨结肠根治术治疗新生儿巨结肠患儿有重要的作用。
