摘要
提出了一种由负轴棱镜和球面透镜组成的光学系统 ,该系统可产生θ可变的无衍射光束 ;论述了它的特点及基本原理 ,给出了有关设计参数 。
In many fields,such as p recise measurements,optical communicatio n and laser processing,the non diffracti on beam has useful advantage.Usually,a a xial prism was utilized to obtain non di ffraction beam with a fixed θ paramete r.In our investigation,we designed a nov el optical system to generate a non diff raction beam with changeable θ paramet er.The system includes a negative axial prism and a lens system.In this paper,we proposed the design method of the syste m,the design parameters and the potentia l applications.
