摘要 针对工程陶瓷材料加工性能要求高,传统加工方法难以保证加工质量,提出将磨料水射流用于陶瓷钻削加工。通过理论研究,建立磨料水射流钻削深度的理论模型以及分析陶瓷钻削断面质量。基于大量试验数据,分析磨料水射流钻削参数对陶瓷钻削深度和孔壁表面粗糙度的影响。研究表明,射流压力、横移速度、磨料流量和靶距,对工程陶瓷钻削性能具有显著的影响。同时陶瓷孔内壁有锥度产生,钻削盲孔时由于射流的阻塞作用,在盲孔底部会形成袋状结构。 Specific to high performance requirements of engineering ceramic processing traditional processing methods were difficult to guarantee machining quality, the drilling of engineering ceramic using abrasive water jet was proposed. By means of the theoretical research, the theoretical model of abrasive water jet drilling depth was established and the cross section of ceramic drilling was analyzed. Based of a large number of experimental data, the influence of abrasive water jet drilling parameters on drilling depth and hole wall surface roughness were analyzed. The result indicates that water jet pressure, traverse speed, abrasive flow rate and standoff distance have a significant impact on drilling performance of engineering ceramic. The taper of ceramic hole wall was emerged, owing to the blocking action of abrasive water jet when drilling blind holes, the bag structure were formed at the bottom of the blind holes.
