摘要
设计了一种基于机器视觉技术的曲轴自动荧光磁粉探伤系统,能够对缺陷图像进行采集,预处理和缺陷识别。使用该系统可以有效减轻工人的劳动强度,为判断退役曲轴能否再次利用提供科学依据。
A computer vision-based system is designed to detect flaws in crankshafts automatically with fluorescent magnetic powder. This system could capture flaw images, with which corresponding software could process in some special flaw-detection algorithms. It is efficient to apply this system in relieving workers' labor intensity. Further more, this system could offer reliable results in judging whether crankshafts could be reused or not.
