热塑体膜固定技术和体表画线技术在肿瘤放射治疗中应用的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比分析热塑体膜固定术和体表画线技术在肿瘤放射治疗过程中的应用效果及其临床价值和意义。方法选择2010年3月至2012年11月期间收治的118例胸腹部肿瘤患者为研究对象,其中68例采用热塑体膜固定术为A组,50例采用体表画线技术为B组,采用EPID对患者摆位横轴(X轴)、纵轴(Y轴)、前后轴(Z轴)的误差进行测量计算并对比分析。结果胸腹部肿瘤放疗过程中热塑体膜固定技术摆位偏差明显小于体表画线技术(P<0.05),A组X、Y、Z的误差明显小于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对胸腹部肿瘤患者进行放疗过程中,热塑体膜固定技术和体表画线技术相比具有明显的优势,有效地减少摆位误差,促进放疗的精度,为实现精确放疗提供了技术和质量的保障,具有十分重要的临床应用价值和意义。 Objective To compare the effect and clinical value of thermoplastic membrane fixation and body painting line technology in the process of radiation oncology.Methods 118 patients sufferred from the thoracic and abdominal cancer hospitalized from March 2010 to November 2012,were divided into two groups,68 cases adopting thermoplastic membrane fixed technology as A group,50 patients body painting line technology as group B,EPID(electronic portal imaging device) the patient positioning the horizontal axis(X-axis),the vertical axis(Y-axis),the anterior-posterior axis(Z axis) error measure calculated and analyzed.Results Thermoplastic membrane fixed in the thoracic and abdominal tumors during radiotherapy positioning deviation was significantly smaller than the surface draw lines(P 0.05),X,Y,Z three-axis error in group A was significantly less than in group B(P 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The clinical patients with cancer of the chest and abdomen during the course of radiotherapy,the thermoplastic membrane fixed and body painting line technology has obvious advantages compared to effectively reduce the accuracy of the positioning error,promote radiotherapy accurate radiotherapy for patients the realization of the technology and quality of protection,which has important clinical value and significance.
