不同腹膜透析导管出口处护理方法的效果比较 被引量:4

Comparison between the Effects of Two Different Care Methods for the Exit of Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter

摘要 目的比较两种不同方法护理腹膜透析患者导管出口处的效果。方法选取2008年7月-2009年12月51例患者作为试验组,直接采用聚维酮碘溶液擦洗导管出口处,2007年1月-2008年7月45例患者作为对照组,先用生理盐水清洗遂道口,再用聚维酮碘溶液擦洗导管出口处。比较两组导管出口处感染的情况及操作所需时间。结果试验组出口评分系统(ESS)<2分15例,2~3分34例,≥4分7例;对照组<2分10例,2~3分24例,≥4分16例;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护士操作时间为(3.0±1.0)min,患者操作时间为(5.0±1.5)min;对照组护士操作时间为(8.0±2.0)min,患者操作时间为(10.0±2.0)min;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚维酮碘溶液直接清洗、消毒导管出口处降低了感染的发生率,减少了操作环节和所需物品,缩短了操作时间。 Objective To compare the effects of two different nursing methods for the catheter exit of peritoneal dialysis(PD).Methods Fifty-one patients treated between July 2008 and December 2009 were considered as the experimental group,and 45 patients were selected to be the control group between January 2007 and July 2008.We used two different methods to nurse the catheter exit of PD.Results The Exit-Site Score(ESS) was classified to three grades.In the experimental and control group,there were 15 and 10 patients with ESS2(P0.05),34 and 24 with ESS between 2 and 3,7 and 16 with ESS≥4(P0.05).The operation time of nurses in those groups were(3.0 ± 1.0) and(8.0 ± 2.0) minutes,and the operation time of patients were respectively(5.0 ± 1.5) and(10.0 ± 2.0) minutes.Both differences were significant(P0.05).Conclusion The use of iodophor to clean and disinfect catheter exit,can decrease the incidence of infection,reduce operation procedures and required items,and shorten operation time.
