摘要
为了探索ghrelin在绵羊卵母细胞成熟过程中的潜在作用，试验采用实时荧光定量PCR（RT—PCR）技术对大卵泡（3乙箩咖）的壁层颗粒细胞和卵丘颗粒细胞ghrelinmRNA相对表达量进行分析。结果表明：壁层颗粒细胞和卵丘颗粒细胞ghrelinmRNA表达水平差异不显著（P〉0．05），ghrelin mRNA的相对表达量在排卵前无明显变化。
To explore the potemial role of ghrehn in the maturation process of sheep oocytes, relative expression levels of ghrelin mRNA in parie- tal and cumulus granulosa cells of large follicles（3 - 5mm） in Mongolian sheep were analyzed by real - time PCR（ RT - PCR）. The results showed that there were no significant differences on the relative expression levels between parietal and cumulus granulosa cells. There were no obvious changes in the relative expression levels of ghrelin mRNA before ovulation.
