聚乙二醇、青霉素、双氧水对香菜陈种子发芽及田间成苗的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本实验选用已经保存3年的南韩大叶四季香菜种子为供试材料,用聚乙二醇、青霉素、双氧水不同浓度的试剂进行浸种处理,并采用清水为对照,而后进行室内发芽和田间种植,实验随机排列。结果表明:以聚乙二醇200mg/L、青霉素200mg/L、双氧水浸泡10min处理对种子发芽率、幼苗根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量和田间成苗效果最好,与CK差异达到显著水平。因此,播种前选择适宜浓度的聚乙二醇、青霉素、双氧水对香菜进行浸种处理,可促进种子新陈代谢系统的修复和恢复,充分利用胚中贮存的营养物质,使幼苗达到与正常常规种子生长的指标,建议在农业生产实践中应用。 This experiment selects three years stored seed of aged Coriande, as material on approval. Soak seeds with PEG, penicillin, and H2O2 in different concentration , water as control, then experimented with random arrangement as indoor germinate and field sowing tests. The result showed that soaked with 200mg/L PEG, 200mg/L Penicillin, and H2O2 has the best effect on seeds germination, roots activity, concentration of chlorophyll and field seedling rate, which has significant difference from CK. Thus appropriate concentration of PEG, Penicillin and H2O2 soaking aged seeds can promote seeds' metabolic system to restore and resume , make full use of nutrient substance stored in fetus and enable seedling to reach the same mark as normal seeds. Proposing this result can be used in agriculture industry widely.
