摘要
社会风气既是社会道德文化水准的外在体现,又对社会道德文化发展状况产生反作用。古今思想家历来重视良好社会风气的养成,并将其视为影响社会和谐发展的重要因素。目前部分不良社会风气主要来自市场经济的负面影响而产生的价值观念变化。大力加强文化阵地建设,建立完善的道德规范体系,恪守道德底线,提高全体公民的道德文化自觉意识,是弘扬和巩固良好社会风气的有效途径。
Social morality is not only outside realization of social moral culture standard but also reaction to social moral culture development.The ancient and modern thinkers always attach much importance to the cultivation of good morality and regard it an important factor influencing the harmonious social development.At present,part of bad social morality is caused by value change affected by market economy.The effective strategies to promote and consolidate good social morality are as follows： to strengthen building culture front,to establish complete morality standard system,to abide by moral bottom line,and to improve moral culture consciousness of all citizens.
