摘要
集合式高压并联电容器与框架式并联电容器相比具有占地面积小、便于安装、维护方便、使用寿命长、运行费用低等特点,对大型变电站及土地面积昂贵的使用部门有着特殊的应用价值。但相较于框架式电容器,集合式电容器在出现故障时需要返厂进行处理。如何避免运行中的集合式并联电容器故障导致电网停运故障,需要生产出更加可靠的集合式电容器产品,作者结合多年的设计、工艺与生产经验,对集合式高电压并联电容器的设计、改进以及生产集合式产品的经验进行分析总结。
Integrated high voltage shunt capacitor has, compared to frame shunt capacitor, such fea- tures as small land area, convenient installation and maintenance, long operation life and low operation cost etc , and has special application value to large substation and users where land is very expensive. It, on the other hand and relative to the frame type, needs sending back to the factory for repair in case of fault. How to prevent the integrated high voltage shunt capacitor from the emergency shut-down during operation period and produce more reliable products, the author analyzes and summarizes the design, improvement and production experiences of integrated high voltage shunt capacitor based on his many-year design, process and production experience.
