摘要
针对伺服控制系统中,多环路PID参数整定过程繁琐,系统很难工作在最优状态的问题,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件,以系统的输出与输入误差为调节信号,设计基于ITSE准则的优化模型,对多环路的调节器参数进行同步整定、优化。通过对永磁同步电机位置伺服系统的仿真分析,结果表明,参数调节过程实用有效,使用优化后的PID参数值,系统响应速度快、超调量小、稳态时间短,同时系统具有良好的鲁棒性。
To solve the problems of setting PID parameters and servo control system was difficult to work in the optimal state. Used software of MATLAB/Simulink, and the system input with output error to control signal. Designed model of optimization based on ITSE criterion to regulating parameters with synchronous. Through the simulation and analysis of position servo system in PMSM, it showed that parameter adjustment process is availably; used the optimized PID parameter values, the system with fast response, small overshoot, short steady time, and the same time it had good robustness.
