摘要
目的了解我院老年精神病患者的合理用药情况。方法采用‘自制调查表’，用‘一日统计法’对我院门诊复诊及住院的老年精神病患者的姓名、年龄、性别、病程、用药种类、剂量、精神科诊断、治疗效果等方面进行统计；并用TEss量表对患者ADR进行调查。结果老年精神病患者药物不良反应发生率为46．5％。结论老年精神病患者用药更需合理化。
objective To investigate the using state of psyehotropic drugs investigation table＂ and ＂One-day statistics＂ were used to investigate drugs,dosage,psychiutry diagnosis and therapy effects of mental aged employed for assessing the ADR Conclusion Use psychotropic drugs among mental aged patients.Methods ＂self-control the name,age,sex,course,the kinds of psychotropic patients outpatien and inhospital;The TESS were of patients.ResultsThe occurance of side effects was46.3% among mental aged patients of elderly natients need more reasonable.
