摘要 三维编织复合材料在航天中应用中具有突出优势,在先进复合材料制造集成中存在自动化程度低,产品均匀度,重复性差等问题。本文根据三维编织复合材料编织工艺特点,研究开发了具有自动化程度高、自动编织的大型三维编织复合材料编织机,具有高效、自诊断故障功能。经几年使用,编织机运行稳定,生产了大量的航天复合材料制件。它为先进智能复合材料的研发与应用提供了依据。 Three-dimensional braided composite materials have outstanding advantages in aerospace applications.However,there are some problems yet to be improved in the production of such materials,such as low automation level,poor product uniformity and reproducibility.With a lot of research efforts and in accordance with the characteristics of the braiding technology,a highly automated large-scale knitting machine for three-dimensional braided materials has been developed,with high efficiency and self fault diagnosis function.For several years,it has been running smoothly and produced a lot of composite parts for aerospace application.
