摘要
在采用磁场分析法 ,并利用不等间距网格的有限差分数值方法对磁流体密封装置中稳态磁场进行分析 [3 ] 的基础上 ,研究了矩形齿磁流体密封装置结构参数对密封能力的影响 ,并根据磁路分析方法定性解释了参数对密封能力的影响规律 (参数包括密封间隙、极齿结构参数、永磁体结构参数以及极齿齿数 )。根据分析计算的结果 ,对磁流体密封进行了优化设计和实验验证 ,优化设计出的装置体积和重量降低了 50 %以上。
The effects of structural parameters on the performance of magnetic fluid seal are researched on the basis of magnetic field analysis.The parameters include seal gap,structural parameters of pole tooth,structural parameters of permanent magnet and the number of teeth on the pole.In the process of magnetic field analysis,magnetic field method and unequally spaced net finite difference method are used to obtain accurate data.A qualitative explanation to the data is given by magnetic circuit analysis.In order to testify the theoretical research,an optimized magnetic fluid seal has been designed and tested.The experiment results show that the weight and size of the optimized seal are reduced by more than 50 percent.
