摘要
目的解决固态胺CO2 吸附方案应用到长期载人航天器座舱中所存在的CO2 浓缩与回收问题。方法根据CO2 在固态胺中的吸附与解吸基本原理 ,提出了解决CO2 浓缩与回收的技术途径 ,并设计了浓缩与回收装置。结果研制的浓缩系统能保证浓缩的CO2 平均浓度达到 95%以上 ,CO2 回收率在90 %左右。结论所设计的技术方案满足进入CO2 还原系统的要求。
Objective To solve the problem of CO 2 concentration and collection in solid amine CO 2 control system for long duration spacecraft cabin. Method One approach was presented on the base of the principle of absorption and desorption, and was then tested by the apparatus according to it. Result The average concentration of the concentrated CO 2 nas as high as 95%, which can be directly sent to the CO 2 reduction system, and about 90% of the concentrated CO 2 can be collected. Conclusion The designed apparatus met the requirements of the CO 2 reduction system.
