摘要
高校时期对于学生的身心健康发展至关重要,所以高校必须要充分注重学生的身心发展,选择一些既能锻炼学生身体又能调节学生心灵的体育项目是教育部及各高校的关注重点。而瑜伽训练恰好是一项兼具上述两种功能的体育项目,瑜伽不仅能够放松学生的心灵,平缓他们的情绪,使他们更加成熟,还能锻炼身体强健他们的体魄。而且,瑜伽也可以帮助学生美体塑形,提高个人气质,培养他们良好的运动习惯。下面笔者将具体讲述瑜伽教学对于学生身心发展的益处,并结合瑜伽教学实践,提出增强瑜伽教学效果的一些建议。
For college students' physical and mental health during the critical, so college students have to fully focus on physical and mental development, select some students can not only exercise the body can regulate the minds of students in sports is concerned, Ministry of Education and the universities focus. The yoga training happens to be a function of both of these two sports, yoga is not only able to relax the students' minds, gentle their emotions, making them more mature, but also exercise their strong physique. Moreover, yoga can also help students body shaping and improving their temperament, culti- vate their good exercise habits. Here I will elaborate on teaching yoga to students the benefits of physical and mental devel- opment, combined with teaching practice yoga, yoga teaching effectiveness enhanced proposed some suggestions.
