摘要 目的探讨HIF-la、COX-2两种血管生成因子在脑膜瘤中的表达及与临床病理分期和微血管密度的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术(S-P法)检测52例不同分化程度的脑膜瘤组织中HIF-la、COX-2、CD105的表达。结果 52例脑膜瘤中HIF-la、COX-2的阳性率分别为65.4%,69.2%,HIF-1a、COX-2阳性组的MVD均高于阴性组。HIF-1a、COX-2阳性率在不同WHO分期之间的差别有统计学意义。HIF-la的表达与COX-2表达具有相关性。结论 HIF-la、COX-2在脑膜瘤中的表达与微血管密度呈正相关,通过抑制它们在脑膜瘤中表达可能成为抑制脑膜瘤血管生成的途径。在脑膜瘤中HIF-la的表达与COX-2呈正相关。检测HIF-la、COX-2在脑膜瘤中的表达对判断脑膜瘤的临床病理分期有价值。 Objective To discuss the expression of HIF-la, COX-2 and the relationship with clinical pathological stage and angiogenesis in meningioma. Methods The expression of HIF-la , COX-2 and CDI05 were detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P) in 52 patients of meningioma. Results Of 52 patients with meningioma, the expression of HIF-la , COX-2 was 65.4% ,69.2% respectively,the MVD counting in positive groups were higher than that in negative groups. The expression of HIF-1α and Cox-2 had remarkable significance in different WHO stages. The expression of HIF-1 a was positive correlation with COX-2 in meningioma. Conclusions The expression of HIF-1α,COX-2 was positive correlation with MVD in meningioma. Inhibiting their expression might be an approach to inhibit angiogenesis in meningioma. The expression of HIF-1α is positive correlation with COX-2 in meningioma. Detecting the expression of HIF-la, COX-2 in meningioma is valuable to estimate the clinica-pathological stage of meningioma.
