硒酵母联合辛伐他汀治疗动脉粥样硬化临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究观察硒酵母胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗高血压颈动脉粥样硬化及高脂血症临床效果。方法:60例高血压患者随机分为两组,观察组(A组)口服硒酵母胶囊联合辛伐他汀(30例);对照组(B组)口服酵母胶囊联合辛伐他汀(30例),均坚持连续服药1年。两组患者服药前、后皆用彩色超声波检查其颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和动脉粥样硬化斑块的变化;同时检测收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、胆固醇(TCH)和甘油三酯(TG)。结果:A组治疗1年后颈动IMT、动脉粥样硬化改善优于B组(P<0.01),并使患者血压、血清胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)降低。结论:硒酵母联合辛伐他汀治疗高血压动脉硬化比单用辛伐他汀治疗效果更明显。 Objective:Observation and research of the iherapeutic effect of selenious yeast capsules combined with simvastatin in the treatment of hypertension carotid atherosclerosis and blood lipids. Methods:60 patients ill with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group (Group A)who took oral selenious yeast capsules combined with simvastatin (30 cases), and the control group (Group B) who were administered with oral capsules and simvastatin (30 cases). Both persisted in medication for a year. Before and after the treatment, the two groups of patients underwent the color ultrasonic examination of their carotid artery intima medium thickness (intima medium thickness-IMT) and therosclerotic plaque; they also went through a simultaneous detection of systolic blood pressure (SBP), cholesterol riCH) and triglyceride riG). Results:After one-year treatment of the intima medium atheroscleros, the therapeutic effect of Group A is better than that of Group B (P〈0.001), and the serum cholesterol, blood pressure in patients with riCH), and triglyceride riG) decreased. Conclusion:The treatment of hypertensive arteriosclerosis by selenious yeast capsules combined with simvastatin is more obvious than that by single simvastatin.
