摘要
焊接机的动态性能不仅影响到焊枪的轨迹精度与光电检测的定位精度,而且关系到整机的稳定性和可靠性.本文首先对焊机进行了模态分析,验证了模型设计的合理性,并能有效的避开工作时的电机转动频率,不会发生共振;其次,对焊机做谐响应分析,得到结构的薄弱环节,提出了改进措施.
The dynamic performance of welding machine not only affects the trajectory precision of the welding torch and position precision of photoelectric detection, but also relates to the stability and reliability of the machine. The modal analysis of welding machine first was carried out in this article, and the reasonable of the model design was verified. The structure can avoid the work rotation frequency of the motor effectively and the resonance occurrence. Secondly, the harmonic response analysis of the welder was done, structural weaknesses were attained and improvement measures were proposed.
