脑毒清颗粒对脑缺血再灌注大鼠ICAM-1及hs-CRP的影响

摘要 目的研究脑毒清颗粒对脑缺血再灌注大鼠ICAM-1及hs—CRP的影响。方法SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和脑毒清组,采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型,2h后抽取栓线对大鼠进行脑缺血再灌注,分别取12h、24h、48h,3个时间点观组察脑毒清颗粒对脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经症状、hs.CRP及梗死区脑组织ICAM-1蛋白含量的影响。结果在不同的时间点,脑毒清组大鼠的神经症状评分、hs.CRP及ICAM-1含量与模型组对比均有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论脑毒清颗粒可以抑制脑缺血再灌注大鼠ICAM-1表达,血清hs.CRP升高,在防治脑缺血再灌注损伤过程中有一定作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of Naoduqing on ICAM-1 and hs-CRP in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham operated group,model group and treatment group.We measured the content of ICAM-1 and hs-CRP, examining the neurological function,at 12h,24h 48h after successful modeling.Result All the treatment groups at different time point decreased the volume of ICAM-1 and hs-CRP.Compared with the model group,the level of ICAM-1 and hs-CRP was decreased and significantly(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Naoduqing can regulate down the expression of ICAM-1 and hs-CRP.Naoduqing has a protective effect against the impairment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
