摘要
提出了根据不同对象与水平，适当降低球网的设想与实验，并通过教学改革，对小个学生参与排球运动，从技术动作方面提出了新的要求，同时对教科书中介绍的规范技术要点提出了不同的看法，对高度有限的大多数学生能积极参加排球选修课学习，起到了一定促进作用。
In this article the net's height could be lowered according to different students and technical levels;and through teaching reform, new requirements should be set up in technical movements those shorter students participating in volleyball games,and different views have been put forward to the techni- cal standard in textbooks. this gives certain encouragement to most of those students who are short actively to choose volleyball as their elective course.
