摘要
介绍多通道烘缸的结构及原理,通过实验证明多通道烘缸节能效果显著,并使用数值模拟的方法对通道内热流、通道表面温度分布、冷凝传热系数、通道高与宽的最佳比例等方面进行研究,研究结果对多通道烘缸的设计和应用提供了理论支撑。
The structure and principle of multi channel dryer were introduced. The experiments show that multi channel dryer and obvious energy saving effect, and use numerical simulation method to study the channel flow, the surface temperature distribution of channel, channel high condensation heat transfer coefficient and broad optimal proportion and so on, the design and application of multi channel dryer provides theory support.
