摘要
插补是数控机床等轮廓控制系统的主要功能,数字信号处理器技术的发展,为插补功能的软件实现提供了极有利条件,软件插补的速度和精度都得到有效提高。在分析数字积分插补原理的基础上,给出了一种以TI公司新一代DSP芯片TM S320F28335为控制核心的数字积分(DDA)算法两轴圆弧插补的实现方案,详细介绍了该方案硬件和软件的设计方法。通过实验验证,取得了较好的效果,具有较高的实际应用价值。
Interpolation is the main function of NC system. The development of Digital Signal Processor chip technology provides favorable conditions for the software implementation of interpolation function. Both the velocity and accuracy of the software interpolation are improved interpolation. Based on analyzing the principle of Digital Differential Analyzer, a scheme to realize two-axis arc interpolation algorithm based on TI company DSP28335 is presented. The hardware and software design process of the scheme are introduced in detail. Through the test of experiment, the scheme achieves good results, which has high practical application value.
