摘要
简要介绍了国内外CBD的发展历程及实现途径,阐述了CBD的特征及构成要素,并对CBD的成功要素进行了总结,同时通过对天津市同规模中心商务区的细致考察,对比分析了各商务区的差异,指出了该市未来CBD项目的建设重心和发展方向。
This paper introduced the development course and implementation approaches of CBD at home and abroad, elaborated the features and constituent elements of CBD, and summarized the success factors of CBD, at the same time, made detail investigation to Tianjin same meticulous central business districts, comparatively analyzed the differences of each business district, pointed out the construction key points and develop- ment direction of future CBD project in this city.
