摘要
机能实验学是医药院校的基础实践性学科,其主要目的为培养学生基本实验技能、提高学生的科研能力,同时对于学生的综合素质培养也发挥着重要作用。但目前机能实验学主要以满足医药院校临床医学专业培养的需要为主,对药学等其他专业多数仅在开设的实验数量上有所调整,远远不能满足有关专业特色培养的需要。针对药学方向不同专业的特点,应从实验内容、目的要求以及综合实验方案的设计等方面有所改革,同时药学专业机能实验教学与科研、药品生产实践相结合,进一步优化机能实验课程体系,提高学生综合知识,达到学用结合,以突出其药学专业特色,更好地发挥机能实验学的教学作用。
Functional experiment of medicine serving as a fundamental practice subject aims at developing students＇ basic experimental skills and improving their research abilities,and also plays an important role in students＇ compre- hensive quality cultivation.But the current functional experiment of medicine mainly meets the demands of clinical pro- fessional training and only makes some adjustment on the number of experiments in other majors like pharmacy,etc, which cannot satisfy the requirements of special cultivation in other majors.Reforms on experimental content,target and requirement,and design of comprehensive experimental program should be carried out on the basis of characteristics of different majors in the orientation of pharmacy.At the same time,the functional experimental teaching in pharmacy should combine with scientific research and pharmaceutical manufacturing practice,further optimize the course system of functional experiment,and improve their comprehensive knowledge in order to achieve the combination of study and utilization and highlight the specialized characteristics in pharmacy,which can exert a better teaching effect of func- tional experiment of medicine.
