摘要
目的调查老年痴呆症患者直系亲属生活质量以及影响因素。方法选择老年痴呆居家的患者100例,对直系亲属进行调查,了解其生活质量情况,并分析影响因素。结果多元逐步回归结果显示,直系亲属的性别、年龄是影响其生理功能的相关因素,亲属患病情况、年龄、职业是影响生理职能的相关因素,亲属患病情况、与患者的关系是影响其躯体疼痛的相关因素,ZBI总分、居住类型是影响其精神健康的主要因素,亲属患病情况、患者性别、ZBI总分、亲属职业、患者职业是影响其精力的主要因素,ZBI总分是影响其社会功能的主要因素,亲属患病情况、患者职业、亲属职业是影响情感职能的主要因素,亲属患病因素是影响总体健康的主要因素。结论老年痴呆患者的直系亲属其总体生活质量较差,医护工作者应给与重视,加强沟通,指导生活,从而提高其生活质量。
Objective To survey life quality of immediate family of patients with Alzheimer disease. Methods Selected 100 cases with Alzheimer disease whose immediate family was surveyed to know life quality and influencing factors were analyzed. Results Multiple stepwise regression showed gender, age were influencing factors for physiological functions. Immediate family＇s disease, age, career were influencing factors for role physical. Immediate family＇s dis ease, relationship wilh patients were influencing factors for body pain. ZBI score, inhabit type were influencing factors for mental health. Imn,cdiate family＇s disease, gender of patients, ZBI score, patients career, family career were in fluencing factors for energy, ZBI score was influencing factor for social function. Immediate family＇s disease, patients career, family career were influencing factors for emotional function. Immediate family＇s disease was influencing fac tors for general health. Conclusion Life quality of immediate family of patients with Alzheimer disease is poor, which should be paid attention to improve their quality of life.
