摘要
目的调查分析无偿献血者发生献血不良反应的相关因素,探讨预防和减少献血不良反应的措施和方法,保障献血者的安全。方法对50 920人次无偿献血者,依据性别、年龄、职业、献血体位、体重、献血方式、献血次数等统计分析其变化特点,密切观察进针后与不良反应发生的时间。结果献血不良反应与性别无直接关系,而与年龄、职业、献血体位、体重、献血方式、献血次数有关,诱发因素除与精神紧张、空腹、疲劳献血外,进针后不良反应发生时间有一定的规律性。结论严格执行献血者健康检查,消除其紧张和害怕心理,创造良好的献血环境,密切观察献血者在采血过程中的变化,预防和减少献血不良反应的发生。

Conclusion The strict implementation of donor health check, to eliminate the psychological tension and fear, to create a good environment for blood donation, close observation of blood donors in the process of change, to prevent and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions donation.
