羟乙基淀粉联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨阿替普酶(rt-PA)静脉溶栓后继续应用羟乙基淀粉治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法治疗组27例急性脑梗死患者给予rt-PA(0.9 mg/kg)溶栓联合羟乙基淀粉500 ml静脉滴注治疗;对照组27例脑梗死患者采用rt-PA(0.9mg/kg)溶栓治疗。比较两组患者治疗前,治疗后1h、8h、24h、14d美国国立研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及治疗14 d后的脑卒中神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗组患者治疗的NIHSS评分及脑卒中神经功能缺损评分明显优于对照组(<0.01)。结论 rt-PA联合羟乙基淀粉对急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗作用明显。 Objective To explore clinical effect and safety of intravenous thrombolysis of alteplase (recombinant tissue plasminogen activator, rt-PA) followed by hydroxyethyl starch (voluven) on acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods Twenty-seven cases of acute cerebral infarction were given with rt_PA (0.9mg/kg) combined with hydroxyethyl starch (voluven) 500 ml; another 27 cases with cerebral infarction as the control group, were treated with rt_PA. NIHSS scores of both groups before treatment, and lh, 8h, 24h, 7d, 14d after treatment were compared. Cranial apoplexy neural function defect score of both groups 14d after treatment were evaluated. Result The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion It has significant effect on acute ischemic stroke to com- bine rt-PA with hydroxyethyl starch.
