摘要
目的:探讨肠癌转移相关基因l(metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1,MACC1)在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用RT-PCR技术检测MACC1在肝癌组织及对应癌旁组织中表达情况,并分析MACC1基因的表达与肝细胞癌临床病理分级的关系。结果:MACC1mRNA水平在肝癌组织的表达水平显著高于癌旁肝组织(P<0.05),在癌旁肝组织的表达水平显著高于正常肝组织(P<0.05);MACC1mRNA的表达水平与肝癌组织Edmondson病理分级显著相关(P<0.05),MACC1mRNA的表达水平与癌旁组织Edmondson病理分级无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:MACC1在肝细胞癌组织中的表达较对应癌旁组织明显升高,并且与肿瘤细胞的分化程度明显相关,提示MACC1可作为肝细胞癌潜诊断因子。
Objective:To investigate colorectal cancer MACC1 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods:RT-PCR was used to detect MACC1situation in HCC tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues,and to analyze relationship between MACC1 gene expression and hepatocellular carcinoma clinical grading.Results:The mRNA expression levels of MACC1in HCC were significantly higher than the adjacent liver tissue(P <0.05),and the adjacent liver tissue expression levels were significantly higher than normal liver tissue(P <0.05);MACC1 mRNA expression levels and Edmondson pathological grading of liver cancer tissues were significantly related(P <0.05),but MACC1mRNA expression levels and Edmondson pathological grading of tissues adjacent to cancer organizations had no significant correlation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Expression of MACC1in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher compared with corresponding adjacent tissues and significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation of the tumor cells.It is showed that MACC1 can be used to predict hepatocellular carcinoma.
