摘要
目的观察研究莫雷西嗪与愈风宁心片对老年冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法将98例均经临床确诊为冠心病的老年患者,随机分为两组,治疗组52例,口服莫雷西嗪片150 mg,3次/d,愈风宁心片1.4 g,3次/d;对照组口服稳心颗粒5 g,3次/d,两周为1个疗程。服用2个疗程后进行统计分析。结果治疗组的总有效率为78.3%,对照组的总有效率为54.3%,治疗组治疗后的心率减慢与治疗前比较有显著差异(P﹥0.05),治疗组治疗后全血黏度与血小板聚集率均降低,与治疗前有显著差异(P﹤0.05)。结论治疗老年冠心病室性早搏,口服莫雷西嗪联合愈风宁心片疗效高于稳心颗粒。
Objective To observe the curative effect of moricizine combined with Yufeng Ningxin tablets in treatment of ventricular premature in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were clinically diagnosed and randomly divided into two groups： 52 cases in observation group were orally treated with moricizine 150 mg, 3 times a day and Yufeng Ningxin tablets 1.4 g, 3 times a day. Patients in control group were orally taken with Wenxin granules 5 g, 3 times a day, for two weeks as a therapeutic course, and statistical analysis was taken after treatment for 2 courses. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 78.3 %, and that of 54.3% in eontrel group, the decrease in heart rate of observation group after treatment was significant compared with that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the difference in decrease of blood viscosity and rate of platelet aggregation between before and after treatment was significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of ventfieular premature in elderly patients with coronary heart disease by moricizine and Yufeng Ningxin tablets is effective, and its efficacy is higher than that of Wenxin granules.
