摘要
目的探讨TSH、FT4、FT3、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、血清促甲状腺素受体抗体(TRAb)、IL(白细胞介素)-17检测对妊娠合并自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)患者的意义。方法用化学发光法检测4组孕妇血TSH、FT4、FT3、TGAb、TPOAb、TRAb等甲状腺疾病相关指标,同时用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测受试者IL-17的水平。结果在4组孕妇中,AITD患者的甲状腺自身抗体TGAb、TPOAb、TRAb和IL-17均有不同程度的阳性表达,IL-17早于上述自身抗体出现异常。结论妊娠期甲状腺功能相关指标和IL-17的水平与妊娠合并AITD的发生密切相关,建议采用这些检测指标在孕期全程进行AITD的筛查。
Objective To investigate the significance of TSH,FT4,FT3,TGAb,TPOAb,TRAb,and IL-17 measurements in pregnant women with autoimmune thyroid disease（AITD）.Methods TSH,FT4,FT3,TGAb,TPOAb,TRAb were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in 4 groups of subjects and the healthy control group,meanwhile IL-17 by ELISA.Results Pregnant women with AITD have different levels of TGAb,TPOAb,TRAb and IL-17 compared with other groups.IL-17 rised earlier than the autoantibodies.Conclusion The levels of thyroid function indicators and IL-17 are related to the pathogenesis of AITD during pregnancy,and it is recommended AITD screening being carried during pregnancy.
