摘要 为探讨头屑图像分析技术在发用产品去屑功效定量评价中的应用,采用随机、双盲、自身对照的试验设计,基于半头测试的原则,通过头屑图像分析技术以及头屑分级评分方法,对两种市售香波的去屑效果进行评价。头屑图像分析结果清晰显示出,随着去屑香波A和B使用时间的延长,头屑量均逐渐减少,且香波A的去屑效果明显优于香波B,此结果与分级评分法所得结果一致。研究表明,应用头屑图像分析技术定量评价头屑量的变化,可以直观、准确评价发用产品的去屑效果,同时具有易于标准化、科学客观的优势,具有良好的行业推广前景。 To investigate the application of dandruff image analysis technology in the quantitative evaluation on anti-dandruff efficacy of hair care products, the study was designed in randomized, double-blind and self-controlled way. Based on the princi ple of the half head test, anti dandruff effecl of two commercially available shampoos were evaluated by dandruff image analysis technology and dandruff rating method. I)andruff image analysis results showed clearly that the amount of dandruff gradually decreased with time of anti-dandruff shampoos A and t3 application. Meanwhile, the anti-dandruff efficacy of shampoo A was better than thin of shampoo I{. which was consistent with the results from the method of dandruff rating by technician. The change of dan- druff amount was evaluated intuitively and accurately by dandruff image analysis technology. The dandruff image analysis technology had the advantages of easily standardized, scientific and objective, with good prospects to promote in the industry.
