摘要
传统的半圆体出运主要采用有轨台车出运的施工工艺,但采用此工艺对预制场建设要求较高,投入较大。结合某岛式防波堤工程实例,提出采用气囊顶升、横移和四氟板台车纵移半圆体的新施工工艺。该工艺为类似工程的施工提供了一定的借鉴。
Traditional technology of shipment for semi-circular piece is to use rail bogie, which is with higher demands for precast field and larger cost. In the light of the engineering example of an island breakwater, a new technology of jacking and traversing semi-circular piece with airbag and vertical shift with PTFE plate trolley is put forward. This technology offers a reference for similar engineering’s construction.
