Fortune magazine has published its list of the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises in 2013. The country＇s two giant fuel providers, China Petroleum ＆ Chemical Corp and PetroChina Co. Ltd, ranked first and second, having taken fourth and fifth places on Fortune＇s global list. China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd, the largest construction and real estate conglomerate and big- gest building work contractor in China, replaced China Mobile in third place. The annually-published list, com- prising the biggest 500 listed Chinese corporations in terms of revenue, offers an overall view of economic activity in China.
