摘要
在轧钢生产中轧钢机跑偏是最常见的故障之一,他直接影响轧钢机的正常生产,降低了生产效率和生产轧钢质量。该文着重分析了中精轧钢机跑偏故障产生的原因,提出了改进措施,经实际验证,已排除了此类故障,并取得了显著的经济效益。
Rolling mill deviation is one of the most common iault in the steel rolling production, it not noly directly affect the normal production of the rolling mill, but also reduce the production efficiency and the quality of steel rolling, This paper focuses on the analysis of the reason for the rolling mill deviation and puts forward important method, the production practice showed that this important method can effectivesly solve rolling mill deviation and achieve rernarkable economic benefits.
