水分胁迫时小麦生化指标与抗旱性的关系 被引量:11

摘要 以 5种抗旱性不同的小麦品种为材料 ,通过研究其幼芽、幼苗在水分胁迫条件下MDA与抗旱性呈负相关 ,SOD、CAT、α及 β -淀粉酶这四种酶活性的变化与小麦的抗旱性呈显著正相关 ,它们是小麦抗旱性鉴定较可靠的生化指标。 MDA changes with drought resistance in the relationship of the negtive, by study the buds and seedlings under the condition of water stress and using five wheats with different drought resistance as the original subjucts. Changes of activities of these four enzymes, SOD, CAT, α-amylase and β- amylase are in the relationship of the obviously positive with wheats drought resistance. They are the more dependable biochemical indexes of the appraisal of wheats' drought resistance.
