摘要
柴胡干品经沸水浸提 ,冰乙酸去蛋白、乙醇沉淀制得的粗多糖经SephadexG - 75纯化得的纯多糖 ,其分子量约为 1 0 90 0。经红外谱和紫外光谱分析 ,为一种蛋白多糖 ,其中糖含量为 94.5 % ,蛋白质含量为 3.77% ,用酸水解后气相色谱显示该多糖由半乳糖、葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖。
The crude polysaccharide can be obtained from Bupleurum chinense by hot water extraction、removal of protein、acohol precipitarion and further purification by chromatograplay on a Sephadex G 75 column.The pure polysaccharide is shown to be homogencous on gel filtration and glass filter paper electrophoresis.The average molecular weight of polysaccharide is approximately 10900.The components of the polysaccharide is identified by gas chromatography:galactose、glucose、arabionose、xylose and rhamnose.
