摘要
目的:探讨舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛对于腹部手术后患者的镇痛效果及胃肠功能的影响。方法:将120例腹部手术随机分为芬太尼组与舒芬太尼组,每组各60例。两组患者分别接受芬太尼和舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估镇痛效果,同时比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复时间及不良反应发生率。结果:术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h舒芬太尼组VAS评分显著低于芬太尼组(P<0.05);舒芬太尼组肠蠕动恢复时间、排气时间及排便时间显著早于芬太尼组(P<0.05);舒芬太尼组与芬太尼组不良反应发生率分别为18.3%和41.7%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与芬太尼相比,舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛用于腹部手术后患者镇痛效果好,胃肠功能恢复早且不良反应少。
Objective： To investigate the analgesic effect of patients controlled intravenous analgesia with sufentanil on patients after abdominal surgery and its influence for gastrointestinal function.Methods： 120 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into sufentanil group and sublimaze group with 60 patients in each group.The two groups received patients controlled intravenous analgesia with sufentanil or sublimaze.VAS was used to evaluate analgesic effect.The time for gastrointestinal function recovery and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results： VAS scores on 6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h after operation in sufentanil group were much lower than that in the sublimaze group（P0.05）;The time of the recovery of intestinal peristalsis,exhaust time and defecation time after operation in sufentanil group were much earlier than that in sublimaze group（P0.05）;Adverse reactions in sufentanil group and sublimaze group were 18.3% and 41.7% respectively with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Combined with sublimaze treatment,patients controlled intravenous analgesia with sufentanil in patients after abdominal surgery has better analgesic effect,earlier gastrointestinal function recovery and less adverse reactions.
