摘要
目的探讨口岸旅行者携带物的特点和检疫查验存在的问题,提出有效开展旅行者携带物检疫查验工作的对策和建议。方法对哈尔滨空港口岸旅检现场2010年1月～2012年10月旅行者携带物的检验情况及检出的有害生物情况进行统计分析。结果获得了截留物来源、种类、时间特点和检疫性生物检出情况的基本信息,总结出入境截获物的人员结构、时间性和地域化倾向。结论统计了哈尔滨空港近3年来入境旅行者携带物检疫情况,提出开展高效、合法地进行旅行者携带物检疫查验工作的对策和建议。
Objective To discuss the characters and problems of inspection and quarantine on entry-exit baggages to prevent the spreading of infectious diseases and harmful biology via increasing passengers＇ baggage more effectively. Methods This paper surveyed and counted the baggages should be inspected and quarantined form Jan, 2010 to Oct, 2012, at Harbin Airport. Results The basic information on the sources, types, period and harmful biology with baggages was investigated. The information indicated the tendency of the inspected and quarantined baggages which would be helpful in the inspection and quarantine. Conclusion This investigation provide the basic data of the baggage of the entry- exit passengers at Harbin Airport in recent years, it is necessary to take reasonable stratagy and suggestion to develop the more effectively and legally inspection and quarantine.
