摘要 针对电磁波随钻测量系统易受到井场低频电磁噪声的干扰,提出以NI公司LabView软件和USB6259采集卡构建了一套井场噪声采集系统,用于随钻测量领域的井场噪声信号采集和分析。分析了井场噪声的统计特性,设计了采集井架与测量电极间的微弱电磁噪声采集系统的硬件和软件,并兼顾Matlab与LabView混合编程技术优势,对噪声信号分析与处理方法进行了研究。现场实验结果表明,该系统可便捷地完成井场电磁噪声的实时采集、信号处理与分析、显示和存储,可用于随钻测井、随钻地震和随钻测量的井场噪声数据采集、处理以及信号识别等领域。 The well-site noise is important factor that affect the electromagnetic MWD system transmission performance.In order to understand the noise characteristics of the well site,a data acquisition system is constructed based on LabView graphical development software and data acquisition module USB6259 made in NI,which can acquire and processing the well-site noise signal.The hardware and software of data acquisition system are designed for acquiring the weak well-site noise of wellhead and dipole,after analyzing the noise characteristics of the well site.And the method of processing the noise signal based on Matlab and LabView program platform is discussed.The trial result shows that the system can work easily for the well-site electromagnetic noise real-time acquisition,signal processing and analysis,display and storage.
