摘要
赤泥滤饼在最优含水量附近采用SD22S型推土机进行碾压,确定达到90%压实度和95%压实度所需要的碾压遍数,以及碾压后的抗剪强度指标。通过试验可以得出:虚铺厚度为0.5m时,取4遍为90%压实度的设计碾压遍数,6遍为95%压实度的设计碾压遍数,虚铺厚度为1.0m时,6遍为90%压实度的设计碾压遍数,8遍为压实度95%的设计碾压遍数。
When the moisture content near the optimum content, the required number of compaction pass of red mud cakes using SD22S compactor reaching the 90% and 95% degrees of compaction is studied. The shear strength indices of the compacted red mud cakes are also tested. The testing results show that, when the loose lift thickness is 0.5 m, the required number of passes is 4 and 6, respectively. The number of compaction passes becomes 6 and 8, respectively when the loose lift thickness is 1.0 m.
