摘要
中国国企改革一直是理论纷争中不断推进的。经过20余年的国企改革实践,目前,理论界对于国企改革形成了"反思改革"派、"深化改革"派、"分类改革"派等三种流派。作者对这三种流派进行了比较分析和评价,认为"分类改革"派的观点更加符合我国未来国企深化改革的需要,也是指导我国未来国企改革的根本性理论,并进一步分析了该派观点存在的不足。
There are three schools on China＇s State-owned Enterprise Reform Theory,i.e.,the Reflection Reform Party,Deepen the reform faction,and Classification of reformist.After comparing and analyzing them,the author thinks that classification of reformists＇ viewpoint is more conforming to China＇s future need on deepen reforming large state-owned enterprise,and further studies its Insufficient.
